I started working with Tamara in 2018, and over the years, she has been more than just a coach—she’s been a constant source of support, knowledge, and motivation. Her personalized approach helped me build strength, improve my health, and develop lasting habits that reshaped my lifestyle.


But what truly sets Tamara apart is how she guided me through one of the hardest periods of my life. Recovering from an injury, navigating unexpected health challenges, and dealing with setbacks could have completely derailed my progress. Instead, with her help, I stayed committed, adapted, and found new ways to prioritize my well-being. She supported me with tailored workouts, strategies for mental resilience, and a deep understanding of how to rebuild confidence in my body.


With Tamara’s guidance, I not only regained strength but also embraced new challenges with a fresh mindset. Today, I train six days a week, incorporating strength training, Pilates, yoga, cycling, and weightlifting—things I never thought I’d be capable of. She helped me break through limitations, step out of my comfort zone, and even take on new skills like swimming and playing the piano again.


Tamara doesn’t just help people get fit—she empowers them to create sustainable, fulfilling lifestyles. Her ability to adapt, personalize, and truly care for her clients makes her one of a kind. I’ve been training with Tamara for nearly three years and I can’t recommend her enough. She is, by far, the most knowledgeable and well-rounded trainer I’ve ever worked with. She’s helped me vastly improve in every health area I throw at her: weight lifting and overall strength, balance and body awareness, staying fit during injury recovery, diet and food mindfulness, exercise habit building, I could go on and on. Tamara has always kept my health/fitness goals, needs, and capacity forefront in our plans. Tamara is an outstanding nutritionist, personal trainer, and life coach. Tamara approached our sessions with a totally different mindset than what I was used to. Instead of focusing on crunches, crunches, crunches, she took a more holistic approach. She showed me how there are the outer abs and inner ones (I have no idea what these are called, but she does) and that there are better ways to trigger those muscles than repetitive and boring crunches. Instead, we worked on core strength, which strengthened my back and alleviated chronic pain. I also trained with her while I was pregnant--she is a pro at adjusting workouts and meeting you where you are. She really kept my spirits up throughout each term, anchoring me and focusing on posture for everyday activities. This went a long way in helping with aches and pains of carrying a baby, and in turn, helped me sleep better too. Tamara is knowledgeable, focused, and kind; she puts the 'personal' in personal training.

Tamara is quite simply the best personal trainer in Lynnwood, WA. 7 months of training with Tamara from the Fall of 2016 to the Summer of 2017 She worked with me before i got pregnant for several month. I came to her in very bed shape. I had tight sholders and my moveent was unbalance. With the very first visit, Tamara completed full assessment, including: muscles and fat weight, my pulse before and after exersise, ability to keep my balance etc. Tamara constantly varies exercises and switches up workouts. During that time I was able to lose over 10 pounds and decrease my body fat percentage to around 15%. I am currently in the best shape of my life. Tamara offers a complete program that not only focuses on exercise but also nutrition. With regard to nutrition, Tamara will ask you to track all of your food. I was provided with nutrient goals and ideas for meals and snacks. There is no strict diet regiment. If you eat it you track it. With Tamara help I found thta I eat to little food. Because I eat so little food, my body was exosted and desperately was trying to preserve resources for itself, which, in turn, created wight gaining problem for myself.  Tamara's focus on learning how to make healthy eating decisions helped me to improve my weight. This did not happen overnight and it was not always easy. I’ve gone from eating small portions of food two times a day to almost 5 times a day preparing healthy meals ahead of time.
